Texas Instruments LM68425-Q1 Buck DC/DC Converter

Texas Instruments LM68425-Q1 Buck DC/DC Converter is an automotive device designed for high efficiency, high power density, and ultra-low Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). This DC/DC converter operates over a wide input voltage range of 3V to 42V. The LM68425-Q1 buck converter is available with pin-selectable fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 5V, or in an adjustable configuration. This buck converter is specifically intended for functional safety-relevant applications. The LM68425-Q1 device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This buck converter comes in a 3.6mm x 2.6mm, thermally enhanced 20-pin eQFN package. The LM68425-Q1 converter is ideal for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), automotive infotainment and cluster, hybrid, electric, and powertrain systems.
