Texas Instruments OPA140 / OPA2140 / OPA4140 Operational Amplifiers

Texas Instruments OPA140 / OPA2140 / OPA4140 JFET Operational Amplifiers are a series of low-power JFET input amplifiers that feature good drift and low input bias current. The rail-to-rail output swing and input range that includes V- allows designers to take advantage of the low-noise characteristics of JFET amplifiers while also interfacing to modern, single-supply, precision analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs). The TI OPA140 / OPA2140 / OPA4140 JFET op amps are ideal for use with a variety of applications, including battery-powered instruments, industrial controls, medical instrumentation, and more.
