Texas Instruments TLV185x & TLV186x Nanopower Comparators

Texas Instruments TLV185x/TLV185x-Q1 and TLV186x/TLV186x-Q1 Nanopower Comparators are single-channel high-voltage comparators with open-drain output. The open-drain output allows logical OR'ing of multiple open-drain outputs and logic-level translation. This device operates at 440nA per channel low supply current and 1.8V to 40V wide input voltage range. The TLV185x/TLV185x-Q1 and TLV186x/TLV186x-Q1 comparator includes an open-drain output stage, making it appropriate for level translation. These nano power comparators operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Applications include mobile phones/tablets, headsets/headphones and earbuds, PCs and notebooks, gas detectors, smoke and heat detectors, motion detectors, gas meters, and servo drive position sensors. The Texas Instruments TLV185x-Q1/TLV186x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
