Texas Instruments TMP64/TMP64-Q1 Silicon Linear Thermistors
Texas Instruments TMP64/TMP64-Q1 Silicon Linear Thermistors offer linearity and consistent sensitivity across temperatures to enable simple and accurate methods for temperature conversion. Low power consumption and a small thermal mass minimize the impact of self-heating. The TMP64-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The Texas Instruments TMP64/TMP64-Q1 Silicon Linear Thermistors are designed for a long, high-performance life, with built-in failsafe behavior at high temperatures and powerful immunity to environmental variation. The small size of the TMP64/TMP64-Q1 series also allows for close placement to heat sources and quick response times. The TMP64/TMP64-Q1 is currently available in a 0402 footprint-compatible X1SON package.
