Texas Instruments TPS7A45xx LDO Voltage Regulators

Texas Instruments TPS7A45xx Low-Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators are optimized for a fast transient response. The TI TPS7A45xx LDOs can supply 1.5A of output current with a dropout voltage of 300mV. The operating quiescent current is 1mA and drops to less than 1µA in shutdown. The TPS7A45xx LDO voltage regulator keeps the quiescent current well controlled and does not rise in dropout. TI TPS7A45xx LDO voltage regulators have very low output noise, making them ideal for sensitive RF supply applications.
