Texas Instruments TPS7C13 Adjustable Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulator

Texas Instruments TPS7C13 Adjustable Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulator is a 300mA, small-size, high-PSRR regulator available in a standard SOT-23 (DBV) package. This LDO provides a voltage source with high PSRR and load and line transient performance that meets the requirements of a variety of circuits. The TPS7C13 regulator operates at a 1.4V to 5.5V input voltage range and a 0.6V to 3.3V output voltage range. The TPS7C13 Low-Dropout (LDO) regulator features an internal soft-start circuit to avoid excessive inrush current, thus minimizing the input voltage drop during start-up. This LDO regulator operates at -40°C to 125°C junction temperature range. The TPS7C13 adjustable Low-Dropout (LDO) regulator is available in a standard SOT-23 (DBV) package.
