Texas Instruments TPS925302-Q1 Synchronous Buck LED Driver

Texas Instruments TPS925302-Q1 Synchronous Buck LED Driver is a monolithic, 2-channel, constant-current, and constant-voltage synchronous buck LED driver. This LED driver operates over a programmable 100kHz to 1.2MHz switching frequency range, 4.5V to 65V input voltage range, and up to 2A continuous output current. The TPS925302-Q1 LED driver incorporates adaptive on-time average-current mode control and is designed to generate constant-voltage or constant-current output. The device includes advanced SPI programmable diagnostic and fault protection, featuring cycle-by-cycle switch current limit, bootstrap undervoltage, LED open, LED short, thermal warning, and thermal shutdown. The TPS925302-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This LED driver is ideal for automotive headlight and adaptive LED driving modules.
