Texas Instruments UCC5390SCDEVM-010 Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments UCC5390SCDEVM-010 Compact Single-Channel 3kVrms Isolated 17A Gate Drive Bias Supply Evaluation Module provides reconfigurable bias supply resulting in a wide range of drive voltages. The device is used as a reference design based on a 17A split output basic insulation UCC5390SCD Driver in the SOIC-8 package. The TI UCC5390SCDEVM-010 design includes the SN6505B based bias supply that can be configured for single or split rail drive voltage. This ranges from 11V to 33V, covering a wide range of Si and SiC FETs and IGBTs.
