Torex Semiconductor XC61x Voltage Detectors
Torex Semiconductor XC61x Voltage Detectors are designed with great precision and efficiency, leveraging advanced CMOS technology. These voltage detectors offer highly accurate voltage detection with minimal temperature drift. The XC61x voltage detectors offer low power consumption, and integrated delay circuits ensure reliable operation without the need for external components. These voltage detectors are available in CMOS or N-channel open drain output configurations. The XC61x voltage detectors are EU RoHS-compliant and Pb-free. Typical applications include energy harvesting, wearable devices, smart meters, microcontroller reset and malfunction monitoring, battery voltage monitoring, system power-on reset, and power failure detection.The XC6194 and XC6192 series are intelligent load switches ideal for battery-operated devices. These switches feature built-in high-side switches that can be controlled via push buttons or an external MCU signal. The XC6194 and XC6192 load switches are equipped with functionalities such as output capacitor inrush current limiting and short-circuit protection. Typical applications include wearable devices, smart card devices, wireless headphones/earphones, and IoT devices.
The XC6190 series push-button reboot controllers are timer reset ICs that supply a reboot signal to the system when “L” voltage is input into the SW1 and SW2 pins for a set time (reboot delay time) using two switches (physical buttons). Typical applications include wearable devices, smartphones, feature phones, portable music players, and wireless headsets.
