Vishay / Dale WSHM2818 Power Metal Strip® Resistors

Vishay / Dale WSHM2818 Power Metal Strip® Resistors are surface-mount devices that offer high power (7W) and low resistance values down to 0.001Ω. The series is ideal for all types of current sensing, voltage division, and pulse applications, including switching and linear power supplies, instruments, and power amplifiers. The WSHM2818 has a small footprint of 0.28" L x 0.18" W x 0.059" H. Improved thermal management is incorporated into the all-welded Lead-free construction of solid metal nickel-chrome or manganese-copper alloy resistive element with low TCR (<20ppm/°C). Vishay / Dale WSHM2818 Power Metal Strip Resistors feature very low inductance (<5nH), low thermal EMF (<3µV/°C), and excellent frequency response to 50MHz.
