Mouser partnered with the team throughout the season, in collaboration with TTI, Inc. and valued manufacturers Molex and AVX. This is the seventh-straight year that Mouser and Molex have sponsored Formula E racing.
The upcoming 2021–2022 season will be the first to feature 16 races, including all-new events scheduled in Cape Town, South Africa; Vancouver, Canada; and Seoul, South Korea. The new season kicks off January 28, 2022, at the Diriyah E-Prix.
“Molex is proud to have once again teamed up with Mouser Electronics to support this dedicated motorsport team,” said Fred Bell, Vice President of Global Distribution, Molex. “At Molex, we are always looking for ways to advance the electric automotive industry by developing solutions that help racing teams and everyday drivers alike.”
“TTI would like to congratulate the entire team for the hard work they put in all season long. We are excited to be a part of such a cutting-edge racing series and to promote all the new technologies that go with it,” said Mike Morton, TTI’s Chief Executive Officer.
“The team fought hard in every race, and we at AVX congratulate them on that determination,” said Alex Schenkel, AVX’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales. “It is special to be a part of such an advanced racing series and to be on the forefront of the electric car movement.”
The Formula E series features cars that are powered solely by electricity and represent a vision for the future of the motor sports industry, serving as a framework for research and development around zero-emission motoring.
