The NXP i.MX 93 Applications Processors, available from Mouser, provide power-efficient acceleration with NXP's integrated EdgeLock® secure enclave, a preconfigured, self-managed and autonomous security subsystem, to support energy-efficient machine learning (ML) and edge computing. The i.MX 93 processors integrate the scalable Arm® Cortex®-A55 core and the Arm Ethos™-U65 microNPU, allowing developers to create more capable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient ML applications. A 250 MHz Arm Cortex -M33 processor performs time-critical, real-time compute and control that can eliminate the need for an external microcontroller in the system design.
The NXP i.MX 93 applications processors feature MIPI-CSI and parallel image sensor interfaces, along with the NPU, to support both monochrome and RGB vision applications. NXP's innovative Energy Flex architecture features a rich and power-efficient set of interfaces, including two 1GbE, multiple audio channels, and multiple display interfaces for a wide range of applications, including smart home, smart city, factory automation, and audio soundbars.
