Sensirion SHT3xA Automotive Humidity & Temperature Sensors

Sensirion SHT3xA Automotive-Grade Humidity and Temperature Sensors are optimized to meet the high-quality standards of the automotive industry. The compact sensors feature a fully integrated CMOSens® sensor chip that offers high sensor accuracy and robustness with low power consumption. Factory calibration, onboard signal conditioning, digital output, and standard reflow solderability allow the sensors to be easily integrated into electrical systems. The sensors have a supply voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V and an I2C interface, ensuring compatibility with automotive electronic systems. Sensirion SHT3xA Automotive-Grade Humidity and Temperature Sensors applications include climate control, anti-fogging, and relative humidity/temperature (RH/T) condition monitoring.
