Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY66317-11 Power Amplifier (PA) is a highly efficient, wide instantaneous bandwidth, and fully input/output matched power amplifier with high gain and linearity. This power amplifier features high linearity, high gain, and excellent input and output return loss. The SKY66317-11 power amplifier offers an integrated active biasing circuitry to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation. This power amplifier supports major 3GPP bands and is available in a compact 16-pin 5mm × 5mm × 1.3mm package. Typical applications include FDD/TDD 4G LTE and 5G systems, driver amplifier for micro/macro base stations, enterprise small cell, and massive MIMO.

- PAEN = 1.7V to 2.5 V
