Toshiba TLP3147 Photorelays

Toshiba TLP3147 Photorelays integrate a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light-emitting diode. These photorelays are available in a 4-pin package with a 2.54mm lead pitch and 2.1mm height.

The Toshiba TLP3147 Photorelays offer low on-state resistance and high permissible on-state current, making the device ideal for power line applications.
