Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP2184 Synchronous Step-Down Converters offer built-in, internal power MOSFETs. The monolithic, step-down switchmode converter reaches 4A of continuous output current (I_OUT) from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage (V_IN) range, with superior load and line regulation. The output voltage (V_OUT) can be regulated to as low as 0.6V.
