SFS01 Evaluation Kits

Innovative Sensor Technology  SFS Evaluation Kits include the  SFS thermal mass flow sensor module and a fluidic block adaptor. The SFS flow module monitors fast and continuous gas flow. This flow module can be factory-calibrated in sccm (ml/min) with 0.2% reproducibility. The flow module features hardware address pins for systems with up to four modules and >a sampling rate of 100Hz. The SFS01 evaluation kits are used in gas analysers, gas mixing valves, gas supply and dosing systems, medical devices, and analytical equipment.
