MCF5225x ColdFire® Microcontrollers

NXP Semiconductor MCF5225x ColdFire® 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) family delivers one-stop-shop connectivity with on-chip USB, Ethernet, CAN, and encryption. The NXP Semiconductor MCF5225x ColdFire MCU family includes complementary and ready-to-go NXP MQX RTOS, software stacks, training resources, and a suite of third party solutions that make it easy to design for any connectivity application. The MCF5225x MCU consists of a RISC microprocessor based on the Version 2 ColdFire core that operates at a frequency up to 80 MHz. The MCF5225x family's on-chip memories include up to 512 KB of Flash memory and 64KB of SRAM.
