Evaluation Kits for EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN Gate Drivers

Infineon Technologies Evaluation Kits for EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN Gate Drivers provide a test platform for dual-channel non-isolated gate driver IC EiceDRIVER™. The dual-channel driver is intended to feed two low-side MOSFETs in a TO-220 package, which can be allocated on the board. These evaluation kits require an external function generator and a DC power supply to provide the input signals to the 2EDN7534U and 2EDN7534B boards. The 2EDN7534B kit is available in a SOT23-6-pin package and 2EDN7534U in a TSNP 6-pin package, respectively. These kits are ideal for Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), DC-DC power converters, synchronous rectification stages, and power factor correction systems.
