Everspin Technologies MR3A16A 8MB 16-Bit I/O Parallel Interface Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM) modules are 8,388,608-bit MRAM devices organized as 524,288 words of 16 bits. The MR3A16A series features SRAM-compatible 35ns read/write timing with unlimited endurance. Data is always nonvolatile for >20 years and is automatically protected. The modules are available in a 48-pin ball grid array (BGA) package with a small footprint and a 54-pin thin small outline package (TSOP Type 2).
